Design: The capitals S and M seem to be incorporated in the five-bar music staff at the top, along with a tenor clef, but what the letters stand for is unknown. The label name appears in a loosely-drawn style often seen on psychedelic rock concert posters of the 1960s, many of which originated from California, but the track represented here is Dixieland-style jazz, not rock'n'roll. The color combination is very appropriate for the label name, in light and dark blue.
