Design: Though the 'shell' has been printed with Roman lettering in different styles, the imprinting is done in Cyrillic. The overlapping flat abstract shapes, printed in bright colours, are typical of 1950s design, though the yellow shape might represent a guitar plectrum. The 'logo' of a treble clef combined with a record is cleverly done.
History: Likely a product of the Ligo factory in the city of Riga. Label scan courtesy of collector Jukka Kettunen of Finland.
