Design: A very plain design with the logo consisting of a record nestled in the K's curving tail. Another 1950s silver and burgundy colour combination.

History: Launched in 1955, sold in 1967 to MCA, discontinued in 1972. Jack Kapp was an executive with Brunswick Records who founded the Decca record label in 1934. His brother Dave took the helm after Jack's death, and later founded Kapp Records (Wikipedia).
