Golden Chords (U.K.) / c. 1959

Design: The label name, hand-lettered in a roman type style with restrained calligraphic swashes, is very clean and legible, and the use of gold for the first word is logical.

History: The Victory Press, publishers of Christian literature and distributors of this record, seems to have been active from the mid-1940s into the 1960s. Label scan courtesy of musicologist and collector Bill Dean-Myatt of the U.K.
