Design: The product of a private recording studio, which seems to be based on 'classy' engraved letterheading style, which was popular in the early part of the 20th century. The imprinting is also done in an old-fashioned style, with commas or full points at the end of each line.

History: Label scan courtesy of musicologist and collector Bill Dean-Myatt of the U.K.
