Design: A panoramic label name in the style of the Artista label. The logo at the top could represent either a snake charmer or a Pan figure.
History: An obscure pop music label formed around 1954 in Canada. Ron Hall, author of The CHUM Chart Book writes: "I am not familiar with the Alvina label your site shows. The label color is similar to the Reo label and the typesetting is consistent with Quality Records although there is no mention here of Quality Records. The label . . . may have been a custom pressing made by Quality but not a label from the Quality stable. The label and matrix number shows there were only 15 releases to date."
