Ac'cent

Ac'cent (Canada) / c. 1959

Design: The label name is set in Chisel, an inline 'Latin' style of font (so-called because of its triangular-shaped serifs), which was designed in England in 1939. The carefully-drawn barn is appropriately printed in red, since barns are often painted that colour.

History: Unknown (have info? Please send to info.re.78s@shaw.ca). Presumably, the label specialized in country and western or square dance music. Record kindly donated by collector Ed Wolk of Canada.
