Design: The basic format is reminiscent of the German Telefunken design (right), with the label name, which follows the outer curve, appearing inside a pie-shaped upper segment. An interesting feature is the dramatic Art Deco-style illustration of a speeding 'streamliner' steam train which appears just above the spindle hole. Although the 'Pacific' class of locomotive -- if this is what gave inspiration to the label name -- usually featured an arrangement of four small wheels at the front, followed by six large driving wheels, then two smaller wheels at the rear (2-6-2), this one seems to show a 6-4-2 configuration. The green and gold colour combination is perhaps not the best choice in terms of legibility.
