Design: The classical Greek figure of Mercury is replaced by a grinning youngster, but who still wears a winged hat. The label name is set in a typeface called Brush Script, which, as its name suggests, is styled after lettering loosely created by an ink-loaded brush. Designed in 1942, it quickly became a very popular hot-metal font for commercial printers, and still remains in vogue.
History: As the previous label.
