Design: A straightforward design, showing a music note combined with an electric or lightning flash.
History: Label scan courtesy of collector Georg Richter of Germany, who notes: "This session was recorded by Swiss drummer Jerry Thomas in early 1945. The record was manufactured by Turicaphon AG, of Riedikon, Switzerland. Switzerland was a neutral country, so the control number was not printed directly on the label; the sticker was applied to records destined for export to Germany. This blue label was around for for several years." Alternate colour label scan (below) courtesy of collector Rolf Meister of Switzerland, who notes that the blue colour was used for 'folk music' and the red for 'pop,' and that the Turicaphon company remains active today.
