Design: A basic letterpress label using a mix of rather old-fashioned typefaces, including Old English for the label name, Bodoni bold italic for the line beneath it, and a very old Edwardian-era sans serif font for the smallest lines.

History: As described on the label, the record was made by the long-established Levy Sound Studio company of Regent Street, London (see Oriole etc.) in celebration of a massed band festival, sponsored by the Daily Herald, a major British newspaper, at London's Royal Albert Hall in 1947.
