Design: The logo at the top shows two views of the world, featuring the European and American continents. The treatment of the label name, being reversed out of a black oblong, is simple but effective, the white lines in the background providing some decorative relief.

History: Unknown (have info? Please send to info.re.78s@shaw.ca). Label scan courtesy of collector Georg Richter of Germany, who notes: "In 1967 the company faced a complaint in court by several music publishers for unauthorized use of copyright-protected musical works. Interestingly, the recordings of the proceedings show that the owner of the Continental and Remington labels was 'well known to the court'!"
