Design: The trademarked 'logo' in the upper segment is an assemblage of middle eastern icons: a pyramid, a camel and a palm tree, but all are out of proportion with one another. The layout has the same proportions as the 1928 Columbia label, with rounded fine-line corners to the upper and lower segments (though very crudely drawn) and a heavy weight of line for the label name. The lettering for the label name has some curvilinear characteristics which may be an attempt to reflect the flowing lines of Arabic script used for the imprinting.
