Design: The upper segment shows Art Deco influence in the shapes of the letterforms: the so-called 'Egyptian' fonts in the lower segment, with their square-cut serifs, became popular in the late 1920s after the 1925 design exposition in Paris, which began a fashion trend toward geometric design in letterforms.

History: Unknown (have info? Please send to info.re.78s@shaw.ca). Perhaps the label had some connection with the film industry. Label scan courtesy of music researcher and collector Bill Dean-Myatt of the U.K.
