Design: The angular ornamentation at the top is almost identical to that seen on German-made labels from a couple of decades earlier, e.g. the Albion Record (right). However, the Art Deco monoline lettering of the label name shows how designers were experimenting with geometry in the making of novel letter shapes.

History: Label scan courtesy of collector Gabriel Gössel of Czechoslovakia, who notes: "A cheap sub-label of the Esta factory, 1931-1934, made for an unidentified distributor."
