Design: An appropriately heraldic approach, with beautifully-drawn lions supporting an expanded shield in the upper segment. Around the lower part of the label is the slogan "Hear what you like -- when you like," a play on Victor's well-known line "The music you want -- when you want it."
History: Launched by the Crystalate conglomerate in 1933, Rex lasted until 1942.
