Design: The label name lettering on this Romanian-made label follows the outer curve in this rather old-fashioned 'life-belt' design. The map of the world shows Africa to the left and Asia at the top centre.

History: Label and sleeve scans courtesy of collector Florin Caloianu of Romania, who notes that the Bulgarian and Romanian Lifa (and Pan) record labels were corporately connected in some way, with Dorel Livianu (a close friend of the Bulgarian Lifa label's owner, Albert Pincas) being the featured performer on most Romanian Lifa recordings.
