Design: The design features a stroboscopic border, a treatment that first became popular on labels during the 1930s (the bars appeared to remain stationary when the record was rotating at the correct speed), but which reduce the area available for design. The prominent 'Made in Scotland' panels further reduce the remaining space for the label name.
