Thanks for updated info to Wiktor Weglewicz of Cracow, Poland, who writes: "Cristal - Electro was one of three Polish pre-war recording companies (the others being Syrena and Lonora). The company was established in 1931 and existed until 1938, but the last known records to be issued date from 1935. This label is one from two labels used by them; the other was blue in colour."
