Design: The primitive African-style logo is made smaller; the other components, while conforming to more traditional label design, are still highly unusual. The lightweight inline classical roman caps of the label name harmonizes with the softly undulating border, but neither complement the harsh linocut style of the logo.

History: Founded in 1921, Vox Schallplatten und Sprechmaschinen-Aktiengesellschaft of Berlin switched over from the acoustical recording process to the electrical in 1925. Label scan courtesy of collector Georg Richter of Germany.
