Design: The illustration shows two historical landmarks of the city of London, both bearing the name 'Tower.' On the left is the castle known as the White Tower as viewed from the south-west, which was built in 1078 by the conquering Normans, and on the right, Tower Bridge as viewed from the south-east, which was built between 1886 and 1894. The buildings are in close proximity to each other in central London, but not as close as appearing here; the White Tower should be in the distance, behind the bridge.
History: Unknown (have info? Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org). According to music researcher and collector Bill Dean-Myatt of the U.K., who supplied these label scans, "drew its masters from U.K. labels Scala, Coliseum, Homophon, and Guardsman/Invicta; Gennett and Vocalion (U.S.A.); and Anker (Germany)."
