Design: A beautiful Art Nouveau floral design with the wording panels being formed by flowing stems and tendrils. A dimension of depth is created by a shadow which makes it seem as if the lighting is being applied from below. The colours are rich and warm, a combination of gold, orange and chocolate brown.

History: The United Phonographs Corporation of Sheboygan, Wisconsin was a subsidiary of the Wisconsin Chair Company, which also owned the New York Recording Laboratory.
