Design: The basic 2/3 1/3 Columbia format is followed, with an ornamental panel filling the upper segment, similar in style to the Electrola (Gramophone Company) label of the same era (right).
History: Columbia began making customized personal records -- for a steep price -- early on in its existence. Many were made for religious groups, as here. These were not distributed through Columbia's own outlets, but were sold by the artists at their own performances.
