Design: The label is virtually identical to the Hytone label, the only difference being the notes on the scroll/music staff. With such a label name, it is surprising that a female figure from the Greek classical era was not used as a graphic image (the nine Muses, daughters of Zeus, were thought to be the inspiration behind the arts).
History: A subsidiary of the Cameo label, launched in 1922 and lasting until 1924. A cheap line of records, being sold through Kress dime stores. Label scan courtesy of collector Jukka Kettunen of Finland.
