Design: A comical illustration by Hans Weidendik of a character sitting at a bar with a flower hanging from his mouth.

History: Label scan courtesy of collector Georg Richter of Germany, who notes: "The primary purpose of the Dusseldorfer label was to disseminate lectures from the Teddy-Langke artists' society (Künstlergesellschaft), which was located in Düsseldorf. Some records featured anonymous orchestras playing on the reverse side. The acoustically-made recordings were produced by Odeon in 1925."
