Plyta Polska

Plyta Polska (Poland) / 1914

back next

Design: The wide outer border of three rings, suggesting the grooves on the record, makes the design quite small. In the upper segment, a white eagle, symbolic of Poland (though here the image is more natural than heraldic), grips a blank scroll.

History: Label scan courtesy of collector Lucyna Lachowicz of Poland, who notes that this label was produced by the same company that issued the Efte Plyta label, which has an identical design.
