Design: The same design as the previous label, but with the parent company's name in the lower segment inside a banner rather than around the upper segment.
History: Odeon was the brand name of the International Talking Machine Company, a European-based company founded by Frederick Prescott, managing director of Zonophone, after it had been taken over by The Gramophone & Typewriter Co. in 1903.
