Design: A highly stylized Aeolian harp appears above the spindle hole, surmounted by a pair of hands holding a (very small) record disc. The panel for the imprinting below the spindle hole is formed by organic brackets in the cast-iron Victorian style.

History: According to Russian-Records.com, Melodia was the label name adopted by the Association of United Manufacturers, a conglomerate formed in 1913 under the impetus of the Russian Joint-stock Company of Gramophones (RAOG). Label scan courtesy of collector Helmut Janisch of Germany.
