Design: The design is obviously based on the Columbia label (right), with an outsized treble clef taking the place of the 'Note the Notes' trademark. The word 'Deska' means a single record (disk), while the word 'Desky' (as appearing on other Czech labels) indicates a plurality of records.
History: Label scan courtesy of collector Gabriel Gössel of Czechoslovakia, who writes: "This label offered older Columbia releases transcripted from cylinders and records. In Prague these records were offered by the company of Josef Krejčík." The wording at the foot indicates that this is a lateral recording.
