Columbia-Rena Record (U.K.) / c. 1911

Design: The standard Columbia design but with the 'magic notes' cramped down to allow for the longer label name.

History: Columbia acquired the Rena label in about 1908, and the joint name was used for a cheaper line of product; it fell by the wayside in about 1912. Label scan courtesy of record collector Graham Farnell of the U.K.
