Design: A very attractive, carefully-ordered design, with softly rounded outlining to the label name, and a very pretty organic panel filling in the space above the words 'Personal Record.'

History: The 'Personal Record' division was an arm of the Columbia organization that from the early days (about 1903 onward) made custom pressings for commercial clients, and along with pressings made for other label names, was an important source of corporate revenue.
