Design: This 'Marble' version of the label shows an illustration of Marble Arch in west London, a pseudo-Roman ceremonial monument that only members of the royal family and accompanying horsemen in procession are allowed to pass through. Made of white Italian marble, it was built in the early 19th century. The building appears to be in negative form because of its being printed in a light colour on a dark background (see reversed image below).
