Design: The illustration shows one of the four bronze lions in Trafalgar Square in London, which were placed around Nelson's column in 1867 to honour Admiral Horatio Nelson, who died in 1805 at the sea-battle of Trafalgar. The label name is set in a shadowed block-serif typeface, one of the main type families to come out of the Victorian era.

History: Manufactured in Germany by Beka, despite the 'Manufactured in England' claim. Albion ('white') was what the Romans called Britain, after the white cliffs of Dover as seen from the English Channel. Label scan courtesy of musicologist and collector Bill Dean-Myatt of the U.K.
